Adopting generative AI comes with many risks. AI models struggle with complex reasoning, and they can often hallucinate (make up information). This is a particularly large hurdle to overcome for businesses, where AI must work reliably 24/7 to be trusted in a professional environment. Existing solutions to this problem are flawed; the industry standard technology – called a “vector database” – still causes hallucinations and is far too generic for most use cases.

Amphibian takes a different approach, using knowledge graphs as the engine which powers our AI services. Knowledge graphs drastically outperform traditional gen. AI frameworks – for one of our clients, our technique was over 4x more factually accurate than competitors.
